All students are responsible for their own accommodation and food;
If the student cancels with good reason within 2 weeks we will hold the deposit for a year and they can spend it on Magic Gateway or School of Busking courses or events;
Magic Gateway suggest not to book accommodation or travel for up to 6 weeks before the event in case of any unforeseen circumstances and the event needs to be canceled – in this event we would refund your full deposit or you could hold it against another course. In the years of running courses we have never yet had to cancel an event.
A 50% deposit is optional for each course offered and will secure your place on the course. For those paying the deposit – the remaining amount to be paid one week before the course and will only accept cash or Paypal for the outstanding amount on your arrival.
